- 1999 company moves into site at Gottfried-Hagen-Straße. New building with 500 square meters of office- and warehouse space, which were subsequently extended to roughly 1.800 square meters. 60 employees and growing.
- 2002 Conversion of “B.Com Computer GmbH” into "b.com Computer AG"
- 2003 New company site at Cologne Mühlheim. 5.000 square meters of warehouse space with optional enlargement.
- 2004 Apart from roughly 6.900 single items, b.com Computer AG offers “b.com” brand products such as PCs, notebooks, and complete server systems, which can be configured according to individual customer wishes. The company has 118 employees.

2006 Hand-over of warehouse logistics to DHL-Fulfilment GmbH.
From now on b.com Computer AG has more than 10,000 square meters of warehouse capacity including integrated production on location in Staufenberg, Germany.
In October 2006 the b.com Computer AG headquarters and sales department moves into a new office building at Gottfried-Hagen-Straße in Cologne, Germany.
